TABATA

Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol that has fitness and weight-loss benefits. This is a short workout ranging from 20 – 60 minutes, consisting of 8-10 blocks. A sequence is repeated eight times for a total of 4 minutes. This workout style offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results.

Tabata will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately and your body will have to work much harder to keep up. This will cause your heart to pump fast and your metabolism to jump (i.e more fat loss). Your metabolism will stay higher not only during the workout, but after as well. This means that your body will be burning fat for hours after.

TABATA is offered on Tuesdays at 6PM - In- person or Online

HIIT

High-intensity interval training is a very efficient way to exercise, and may help you burn more calories than you would with other forms of exercise. ... Overall, HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise in a shorter amount of time.

HIIT classes are offered online on Thursdays @ 6PM

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training — also known as weight or resistance training — is physical activity designed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight, according to the American Heart Association.

Strength Training is offered via ZOOM on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6AM

BOOTCAMP

A fitness boot camp is a training program conducted outdoors with a variety of equipment to build strength and endurance.

Bootcamp is seasonal and is offered May - Sept .
